CAFASP2 summaries

The following are summaries compiled from the results of the individual fold-recognition servers. All information presented here was extracted from the raw-results stored at the CAFASP meta server at http://cafasp.bioinfo.pl/.

For each target we compiled the top five folds detected by each server. For each fold, the SCOP hierarchical code is given (when not available, the pdb name is given instead), along with the score assigned by each server. Along each server's name, the suggested confidence threshold for the server is listed.

These summaries were manually compiled by Amir Mishalia mishalia@cs.bgu.ac.il and Nir Esterman esterman@cs.bgu.ac.il . The scores, pdb names and the SCOP codes listed may contain errors. Despite efforts to obtain the most accurate information in these summaries, errors may appear and we assume no responsibility regarding the contents listed. However, if you find errors or typos in the below information, please e-mail Nir, Amir and/or Dani Fischer dfischer@cs.bgu.ac.il and we would be more than happy to correct them.

We have also compiled for each server the suggested confidence thresholds which are listed in the summaries below.
