The Most Wanted. Methods for protein structure prediction have matured to the point where models produced by prediction algorithms can be used to understand and test hypotheses about biological function. The goal of this community wide effort is to provide structural and functional insights into biologically important proteins, particularly those that are currently intractable to experimental structural determination. LiveBench the continuous, large-scale evaluation of automatic structure prediction servers, extends the scope of CAFASP in that it is a continous experiment carried out using a large-number of targets.
