The schedule of the academic year is determined by the schedule of Jewish Holidays. In order to calculate when the Fall Semester starts, you have to figure our when the feast of Sukkot ends and add approximately one week.

A working week starts on Sunday morning and ends on Friday afternoon . Many employees of the University decide to spend all or at least most Fridays with their families.
