Service taxis to Jerusalem Central Bus Station depart from the service post on Level G, next to Gates 01-03. There are signs directing to the post. The service operates 24 hours a day, price 41 NIS.
At Ben Gurion Airport take a shuttle from your terminal to the Ben Gurion Airport El Al Junction.
Egged bus 947 leaves the junction approximately every 20 minutes to the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, starting at 6:17 a.m. through 22:22 p.m.
Fare is 21.50 shekels.
Going to Jerusalem takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
There are several buses (run by Egged) that go from Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv, and Beer-Sheva directly to the hotel. Notice that there are several bus stops under the name "Ein Bokek Hotels ", and you should ask the driver to get off at Herods hotel.
