HebrewNER is
available in two versions: Windows and Linux/Unix. Although HebrewNER is written
mostly in Java, the package contains several 3rd-party products that are platform
dependent.
The list of bundled 3rd-party products:
* Hebrew Morphological Analyzer (HMNTX) - created by

* Implementation of bi-directional unicode algorithm
(FriBidi)
* Maximum Entropy implementation

requires jdk 1.3.1 or higher.
