This project is an expansion on the simple implementation of the algorithm descriped in the paper "High Throughput Short Read Alignment via Bi-directional BWT" to include query with zero, one, and two errors.

The robot then scan the paper/floor plan. Then start building the floor using blocks. Note: for simplicity sack (at first), complex (to build) elements in the plan such as doors and windows will be ignored.
Our objective is to collect a large database of annotated picture of printed ads in natural scene (unsanitized) .
