Welcome to the Israeli Seminar on Computational Linguistics (ISCOL) 2013

ISCOL will be held on Wednesday, June 26th, 2013 under the auspices of the Lynne and William Frankel Center for Computer Science at BGU.

Computational Linguistics and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are active research fields in Israel today, as well as popular areas of activity in industry. The Israeli Seminar on Computational Linguistics is a venue for exchanging ideas, reporting on work in progress as well as established results, forming extramural cooperation and advancing the collaboration between academia and industry.

ISCOL 2013 will feature three keynote speakers: Dr. Fadi Biadsy from Google Research New York, Dr. Guy Hoffman from IDC and Dr. Yoelle Maarek from Yahoo! Labs (see program).

Researchers from Academia and Industry as well as graduate and undergraduate students are welcome to attend the seminar. Participation is free.

Best Student Paper Award including a prize of 1,000 NIS to be divided between the two best student presentations (Talk / Poster).

We are accepting student poster submissions up to June 20th.
