Homework: Some of the assignments will be theoretical and some will require
computer work. Handing all of them is obligatory. Theoretical assignments
are to be given by each student separately. Computer work may be submitted by pairs.
Grades: Denote by h the average homework grade, by e the grade on the exam,
and by f the final grade. Then:
if e>=56, f=(1-a)*e+a*h , else f=e, end
Here a is pretty significant; its exact value will be
decided upon by the teacher and students together, towards the end of the semester.
