Installation/usage instructions:
Download and install ImageJ : http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/download.html
Extract MCalibrPlugIn_.jar from the archive MCalibrPlugIn_.rar (password: ICBV).
Copy java archive file MCalibrPlugIn_.jar into folder "ImageJ home directory on your system"/Plugins.
Run ImageJ and choose MCalibrPlugIn in menu Plugins.
