SSH Support

SSH support added toCourseWiki. This feature affects to file create/update/delete/rename operations in remote mode.

How to Enable SSH2

Add 
$REMOTE_MODE = 'ssh';
in index.php and 
$SSH_HOST = 'your.ssh.host';
in include/config.php and
