About myself
My name is Ran Yahalom and I am currently a researcher and scientific programmer at Deutsche Telekom (DT) Laboratories at Ben Gurion University (BGU) of Beer-Sheva, Israel. Over the last couple of years, my research involved Trust and Reputation systems in virtual communities, graph clustering, constraint satisfaction problems (CSPs), data mining algorithms for sequential pattern mining and clustering. I completed my M.Sc. studies in computer science at BGU in 2008. My thesis research involved machine learning applications for bioinformatics under the devoted guidance of my advisors, Dr. Chen Keasar and Prof. Eyal Shimony.
