Generally my research interests are in Computational Biology, with focus on RNA.
During my master and PhD I have worked on:
miRNA mediated regulation,
riboswitch regulation,
mRNA localization,
efficiency of gene translation.
different scenarios of gene targeting,
specialized biclustering algorithms for detecting cross-species miRNA-target modules.
mapping short RNA reads,
analysis of small RNAs expression,
finding new miRNA genes.
