After a cycle has been completed, you'll see the best tour's length of this cycle, and the best tour's length of all cycles in the status bar. If you wish to see the tour itself, you can press the 'Highlight' button.

If you wish to stop the running of the applet ('Go' or 'Step Cycle' buttons), press the 'Stop' button. You can't stop a single step with this button.
