Submission Information
Submissions must use the ACL latex style
aclsub-style (see sample document,
samplesub.tex, and sample biography samplesub.bib) or Microsoft Word
style ACL-submission.doc (both
available from the conference web page) and may be no more than 3,200
words in total length, exclusive of title page and references.
The title page should include the
following. It should be sent in a separate e-mail message from the
body of the paper itself, and appear on the paper itself as well:
- Title
- Session: main, student or evaluation
- Authors' names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses
- Topic Area: 1 or 2 areas most closely matching the submission
- Keywords: Up to 5 keywords specifying subject area
- Word Count, excluding title page and references
- Under consideration for other conferences? If yes, please list
- Abstract: Short (no more than 10 lines) summary

Submission Procedure
All submissions should be sent in electronic form: send the
postscript, PDF or MS Word form of your submission to:
nlg2000@cs.bgu.ac.il.
The Subject line should contain Conference Submission.
Please submit the title page in a separate email.
Late submissions will not be accepted. Notification of
receipt will be e-mailed to the first author shortly after receipt.
In extreme cases, an author unable to comply with the above
submission procedure should contact the program chair sufficiently
before the submission deadline so alternative arrangements can be
made.
Dates
- 6 February 2000: Papers submission deadline
- 14 April 2000: Notification of acceptance
- 7 May 2000: Final copy due for all contributions
- 12 June 2000: Workshops
- 13-16 June: INLG'2000 Conference, Mitzpe Ramon
