CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION FORM
The First International Natural Language Generation Conference
(INLG'2000) will be held June 12 to 16, 2000 in Mitzpe Ramon, Israel.
Following the tradition of previous INLG meetings, the conference will
be held in an isolated and stunning natural environment: the
Ramon Inn hotel, in Mitzpe Ramon,
Israel. The hotel
is located on the edge of the Ramon Crater, in
the middle of the Negev Desert.

Coference Registration
Conference Registration fees should be in cheques made payable
to "Ben Gurion University of the Negev". Most major currencies
are accepted ($US, $Can, Euro, FFr, GDM, GBP, $Aus, BFr). In case of
doubt, please contact us.

Accomodation and meals
Unlike the conference registration, payment for accomodations can be
made with credit cards. Please fill in the details in the registration
form. If you cannot pay with a credit card, please inform us.
Hotel
There are three types of rooms - rooms for a single or a couple, a mini-suite for two people,
and a suite for three people (can also be shared by four).
All rooms include a bathroom and kitchenette. There is a swimming pool and activities for
children in the hotel. Payment includes full board.
There is a limited number of rooms. Reservations will be taken in the order of arrival.
Transportation
Mitzpe Ramon is a 2.5 hour drive south from the Ben Gurion Airport.
There is no direct public transportation from the Ben Gurion airort to Mitzpe
Ramon. We will arrange shuttles from the airport and Beer Sheva to the hotel once we have
arrival times of people. Please fill the relevant part of the registration form (including
flight information and planned arrival date and time) if you want to use the limousine service.
Other possible transportation includes:
- Bus: The easiest way is to take a bus (Egged is the Israeli Bus Company) to Beer Sheva and then from
Beer Sheva to Mitzpe Ramon. There is also a direct line from Eilat to Mitzpe Ramon.
- Car: Route 40 to Beer Sheva, continuing South to Mitzpe Ramon.
If you attend to arrive to the conference from another location than the airport, let us know
so we can assist with your time scheduling.

Recreation and Tours
There are many attractions in Mitzpe Ramon and its area:
wonderful view of the crater and the desert, hikes, jeep travels.
the Mitzpe Ramon Visitors Center, the Alpaca farm, Bio Ramon, the Albert Promenade
and many other desert-recreation activities.
Late Registration
Registration will be accepted until May 15th. After this date, a late
registration fee will be required.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received before May 28th, 2000 we will charge 35% of the fee.
- For cancellations received after May 28th, 2000 we will charge 50% of the fee.
- For cancellations after June 4th, 2000 we unfortunately cannot refund the fee.
Workshops
There will be two workshops in June 12, 2000.
Registration to the workshops will be done separately and will be available soon.
