Projects course - "piercing" algorithms

In your project proposal please include:

1.   A description of the problem, including what is the input, what is the output, and an overview of the solution.
2.   A detailed discussion of the input; from screen, from file, interactive, multiple runs of the program, etc.
3.   A detailed discussion of the output; visual, through file, etc.
4.   The main components / modules
5.   The main data structures
6.   The main stages, work plan including schedule and the division of work among the team members
7.   Working environment, languages, tools, etc.
