Projects course - "guarding" problems

In your project proposal please relate to the following points:

1.   A short description of the problem, including what is the input, what is the output, and an overview of the solution.
2.   A detailed description of the solution: algorithms, heuristics, and data structures.
3.   A detailed discussion concerning the input: from screen, from file, interactive, etc.
4.   A detailed discussion concerning the output: visual, through file, etc.
5.   The main components / modules .
6.   The main stages in the implementation, work plan including schedule and the division of work among the team members.
7.   Working environment, languages, tools, etc.
