- The decoupling conjecture in Sec. 6.2 is wrong (disproved by Ofer Zeitouni).
- The Spectral Transportation Inequality in 6.4 is still quite open (and interesting).
- Inequality 6.16 is still open.
- The problem in Sec. 6.5.3 has been resolved.
- Inequality 6.20 is easy.
