Follow-up notes

• Hubert Duan points out that our Theorem 2 stands in contradiction to the results in his paper regarding the Minkowski addition of function classes with finite $\gamma$-dimension. This is due to our confusion between the $P_\gamma$ and $V_\gamma$ dimensions as defined here. We will correct this in the revised version.
