* install python (http://www.python.org/download/)
* install nltk (http://nltk.sourceforge.net/install.html)
* copy all files in this directory (and sub directories) to your hd

Look at FILES.txt to learn what each file does.
Run each .py file without parameters to see it's usage instructions.
