The CAFASP-CONSENSUS selection lists the highest scoring model using 3D-JURY on all models. Shown are the 3D-JURY score, the model and the template (when available).
The MaxSub score of the CAFASP-CONSENSUS selection is shown for those targets whose
native structure is already available. The MaxSub score ranges from 0.0 (incorrect model) to 1.0 (perfect model). You can see the MaxSub scores of all models
by using our Compare facility and also in the "consensus" column of the MQAP results page.
