How to use the Biphasic Model Fitter

1) Extract the file "BiphasicModelFitter.zip"
2) Enter the folder "BiphasicModelFitter"
3) Run "Fitter.jar" file.

Fitting by the simulator

Initial window (with default parameters):


Available options:
1) In order to start fitting:
- please upload the data to the plot by using the "Add data" button.
- choose the fitting method: Least square fitter (Gauss-Newton) or Cobyla fitter.
- choose which parameters to estimate by using checkboxes near the parameters values.
- it is possible to change the constraints of the parameters by changing the min and max possible values.
- fill in the fixed parameters values as well as the initial guesses fot fitting parameters.
- press "Fit" button and wait until the fitting is finished.
2) Clear plots - clears all parameters values and all plots from the graph. The new simulation may be started.
3) Clear fit - removes the current fit line from the graph. It is possible to run fit again with the same data.
4) Default - puts the default parameters into the text fields.
5) Save last fit - saves the last fit points in the "csv" format.
